This is my own wake up call to keep up with this blog!  Of course, what we consistently do creates our reality, so we need to be sure that we are consistently doing what it is we actually want.  I want to connect to others who are interested in the process of success, personal growth and effective team-building.  I coach, consult and teach . . . and I'm working on adding blogger, so although the consistency is still a work in  progress, I'm a tenacious person and I'll be a (consistent) blogger soon enough.
